CAN MARROIG HOUSE

This villa located in the Can Marroig area is an oasis of calm, with its various terraces overlooking the beautiful nature that surrounds it in front of s’Estany d’es Peix, a short distance from the beach and with a large jacuzzi Exterior with capacity for six people and another individual, it is the perfect hideaway for a vacation that requires getting away from the hustle and bustle.

Completely renovated in August 2019, its interior stands out for the furniture made with natural materials and colors, and its open space traversed by the light of Formentera.

With capacity for 10 people, the house consists of a main house with three double suites with a king size double bed and a bungalow with a king size double bed and a sofa bed with capacity for two more people. Each of the rooms and the bungalow has a private sink as well as air conditioning.

The house also has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher, and a large terrace for dining on the side and another on the top from which you can enjoy impressive sunsets with views of s´Estany d´es Peix and the sea. It also has various rest areas perfect for finding moments of privacy, tennis court, Wi-Fi, barbecue and private parking.

Two-hour cleaning included on Saturdays and Sundays, and change of sheets and towels.

Additional cleaning service, yoga, massages, private cook and caretaker.

Rate per week: from 3,000 euros, minimum stay three nights.
