The house has a ground floor and first floor with elevator. It has 6 double rooms with bathroom (1 with a hydromassage bathtub and separate shower, 1 with a hydromassage bathtub and shower, 3 with a shower tray, all with a separate WC and bidet), TV, small fridge, Wi-Fi, safe, 4 with dressing room and 2 with wardrobe, 2 rooms with private terrace and views, 1 room overlooks the outdoor pool area.

Couurtyard with a fountain, sofas and office table connected to toilet and living room with 5 sofas, bar area, TV (channels, Netflix), stereo with SONOS APP, WIFI, with access to the outside (pool/weber barbecue) or to the outdoor dining room and connects with the indoor dining room (with wine cellar) and access to the fully equipped indoor kitchen. There is a second fully equipped summer kitchen.

Outside there are 2 Balinese beds, hammocks with individual mattresses, sofa, solarium area, covered area, garden with grass, built-in jacuzzi with hammock area.

Our staff is permanent, the person in charge of maintenance with more than 20 years in our company and the cleaning staff with more than 5 years of seniority. Cleaning service is included with daily towel change, sheets every 3 or 4 days. 2 people go 4 hours, hours 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. approximately.

On the day of arrival, soft drinks and 2 bottles of Cava are left in the bar fridge and 2 small bottles of water in the room fridges, as a welcome gift.
